A 'depressively experienced' actress turned therapist (Camilla Schade) leads group therapy in an attempt to provide helpful advice and therapeutic modalities to other 'stressfully afflicted' in PERFORMING THERAPY. Art Therapy with Balloon Animals, Affirmations on Post-it notes and Primal Humming are some of the hopeful remedies. But in her attempt to proffer relief, she gets wildly off-track relating her own poignant story of the meaning of life-after-loss in Schuyler County. PERFORMING THERAPY confronts the value of memory through an engaging recognition of the art of letting go.
